What’s on the menu? Oh, only everything your brunch dreams are made of. The lucky winner (and two of their favourite people) will enjoy one savoury and one sweet dish each from The Cardinal Bar & Kitchen’s mouth-watering brunch menu. Think Vietnamese egg-filled croissants, Duck Confit Eggs Benedict, or Lamb Katti Roll with Mint Chutney. And when it is time for something sweet? Get stuck into delights like the strawberry and yuzu trifle, brûlée French toast, or warm Banana Bread with whipped mascarpone and Blood Orange – it tastes just as heavenly as it sounds.
But that’s not all. This brunch experience includes the all-important 90 minutes of bottomless bubbles, mimosas, or bellinis. Yes, that means endless clinking glasses, flowing fizz, and pure celebratory vibes from the first sip to the last. Just make sure you come hungry and ready for fun!

Brunch at The Cardinal Bar & Kitchen includes one savoury dish and one sweet dish per guest, with the choice of Prosecco, mimosas or bellinis for 90 minutes. One drink to be served per person at any one time.
